The CROP Carry All takes over 20 hours of focused, hands-on craftsmanship to build. It represents the culmination of CROP’s design philosophy, in-house manufacturing process, and custom hardware, brought together in our largest and most capable bag to date.

Made entirely from premium scrap Italian upholstery leather in a rich tobacco brown, double-linned, and with exposed Chocolate Suede pockets. Each bag gives new life to materials that would otherwise be discarded. The result is a bag that is both refined and honest, built to age beautifully with use. The leather itself can take days to source and hand-select, ensuring a beautiful contrast of colors and the right balance of durability, structure, and feel.

Designed to truly carry all, this bag works just as well as a daily work bag as it does a weekender. The leather flap is secured using our most original feature to date, a handmade titanium CROP Lock, creating a distinctive and functional closure that is uniquely CROP.

The exterior features a suede welt pocket with a magnetic closure for quick access to essentials, while a small interior pocket keeps smaller items organized. The base of the bag is double-layered with an additional padded insert, reinforced with durable rivets for long-term structure and protection.

The strap uses a three-layer construction, two layers of Tobacco Brown upholstery leather wrapped around a vegetable-tanned leather core, providing strength, comfort, and longevity without sacrificing flexibility.
